Great maintenance service
This review is mainly to appreciate Miguel. He did an excellent job. Even though it was Sunday, he responded quickly to the ... maintenance request and took care of the issue right away. He replaced the burned-out bulbs, ensured everything was working properly, and found the appropriate fixture for the under-cabinet light. To start off with the reason I gave a low score than a five to amenities is due to the fact that the gym since day one when ... they first built, Renaissance Square two has not had functioning air-conditioning this review was not to talk about the bad things. It was only to discuss the good things, but since that was one of the areas that was asked, I was not going to lie and give it a five when indeed it’s not a five at this point. Do I feel that the people in charge will fix the air-conditioning at the gym absolutely. The things I really wanted to talk about was their attention to detail every inch of this place they went through. I was amazed that Even went through the Garbage rooms and changed some of the shoots that were falling apart, they put beautiful, stainless steel strong rubber covers. It’s much cleaner the entire place is much cleaner there’s not a single area they haven’t thought of they were the ones that decided they should enclose the mail room due to the fact that they’ve had theft since day one also here. They’re extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. The only other thing would be that the phone system hasn’t worked for quite a while and they’re aware of it now and I think they will be taking care of it. I know that everyone that’s part of the Renaissance Square association continues to ask me about the telephones, the gym, and other items and all I can say is we got the right people there to take care of it I will be writing a new review when all of that fixed so that as far as I’m concerned, the place is five star all the way and does it feel like home absolutely everyone here does everything they can to make this feel like a community that is safe and a place where everyone would wanna live. I would first like to give a shout out to the Maintenance Team George who is the Supervisor always makes sure my work orders ... are full filled in a timely manner . Him and his Team are always professional and respectful ,when entering my Apartment . They all are truly some hard workers I trust them in my space even if I’m not home to complete the Job, you Guys Rock!! Pablo who is the assistant Manager is amazing anytime I have a concern or question he does his best to resolve it . He is a HUGE!! Asset always polite respectful and professional it definitely makes makes my stay here Good It is still some things that needs changing overall they are doing it the few months that I been here they have done a lot of them and more to come change is good especially when you want to keep your tenants . I live here at Renaissance Square Concord California. I love it here. I love my apartment. I wanna say a special thank you ... too the girls in the leasing office Chelsea and Caitlyn. They are so helpful and always greet me and my dog Honey with kindness and smile. They both make me feel so at home here.
